Short Bio:

Jason Richardson is founder and CEO of JR Recruit, an insurance executive recruiting and consulting firm. In addition, he serves as director of Dowling Hales, an investment bank focused on insurance.He lives in Camden, Maine, with his wife and love of his life, Kelly, and their three children, Evie, Mac, and Julian.

Long Bio:

Jason Richardson is founder and CEO of JR Recruit, an insurance executive recruiting and consulting firm. In addition, he serves as director of Dowling Hales, an investment bank focused on insurance. Jason began his career in public accounting at KPMG, followed by EY. While at EY, he met Tom Golub, CEO of Hobbs Group, who encouraged Jason to leave public accounting and work in the insurance industry. Jason took the leap and quickly ascended the executive ranks working for Hobbs Group/HRH, Westport Worldwide, Beecher Carlson, Willis, and Lockton. An entrepreneur at heart, Jason raised capital to purchase an insurance agency in 2016, became its CEO, and sold it in 2020.

Growing up in Knoxville, Tennessee, Jason was a scholar- athlete and continued playing baseball at Berry College. After graduating with a BS in accounting, he went on to become a licensed CPA. Jason lives in Camden, Maine, with his wife and love of his life, Kelly, and their three children, Evie, Mac, and Julian.
